Nestled in the beautiful New Forest amongst tall trees is this luxury family-friendly holiday cottage. With its spacious living, five bedrooms, and large enclosed garden, it is the perfect house for a family holiday with extended family, grandparents, friends and even special occasions and celebrations. It is baby and toddler-friendly and dog friendly too.

The well-equipped kitchen/diner opens up onto the spacious patio area, with a large sofa, where guests can enjoy listening to the birds singing and sipping on a coffee in the morning sun. There is a swim spa, for a little relaxation or a place for the kids to play. There are some sun loungers, a large garden table and pizza oven, for the children’s pizza party. You will also find the Garden Studio with a king size bed and ensuite. Perfect for anyone not wanting to stay in the main house.

The house is surrounded by ½ an acre of enclosed grounds and greenery, giving the little ones and dogs a safe place to roam free. 

When staying here guests can enjoy exploring the private woodland, have a little picnic or wander through to reach the pretty village Beaulieu’s, with a beautiful high street and where there will be donkeys and horses roaming freely. 

An hour walk or a 6 minute car journey is Bucklers Hard village with maritime history. Visit the Georgian town of Lymington, which hosts a market every Saturday, lots of cafes, boutiques and shops.
