Bosinver is located in the Cornish countryside between St Austell and Mevagissey, near beautiful south coast beaches and picturesque harbours. This multi-award-winning hamlet of holiday cottages and farm is filled with family fun. Outside of school holidays, it becomes a haven for babies and toddlers. Bosinver also offers a safe and friendly environment for families with neurodiverse children. Two bedroom toddler-friendly holiday cottage ideal for a family of 4.  

This lovely little holiday cottage sits in a quiet location overlooking the old orchard. There are two balconies one from the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area which is located on the first floor and the other leading from the master bedroom on the ground floor. Both offer amazing views over the orchard – enjoy the sunset here with a glass of wine or cup of tea when the kids are tucked up in bed.

There is an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a separate twin room and family bathroom.

There is parking alongside, and a wooden cot is available with room for this in either bedroom
