4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 – disabled access. 

Living space – open plan with huge windows offering beautiful views down the valley towards the woods. South facing, making the living room space inviting. Cosy sofas where you can watch the residential chickens and ducks pottering outside in the fields, as well as the wildlife. The house is also warm but there is a modern wood burner with logs to use in the shed outdoors. 

Kitchen – bespoke locally handmade with a range of luxury fittings, American style fridge freezer, electric cooker with hob, slate floor, granite worktops and is well equipment. 

Ground floor – twin bedroom with two ft single beds and a king size bedroom with shared wet room with walk in power shower and stylish fitments, suitable for guests who use a wheelchair. 

First floor – super king bedroom with zip-link beds (which can be made into twin beds) with beautiful views of the valley and to the golf course beyond, ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. Another double bedroom with ground poster bed and ensuite shower room. 

Outside – sheltered patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Hot tub in the garden with views over the fields.
