Wonderful space for a special family celebration with its 30 ft lounge! 

On the ground floor there is a beautiful kitchen with all mod cons, an oven and a farmhouse Aga. The 30 ft lounge dining area has glass doors leading out to the patio and garden area with hot tub. There is also another small room which is often used as a playroom and double bedroom with ensuite shower.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms consisting of three doubles and a triple. One double has an ensuite shower room, two doubles share a family bathroom and there is a further bathroom close to the triple. There are two sets of stairs leading upstairs, so ideal for a couple of families to have their own areas if they want to.
