Overview - Finca De Arrieta, Eco Luxury Farmhouse
This wonderful child-friendly home is very dear to the owners of this little eco village in Lanzarote, it was their family home for many years and has been lovingly renovated, recycled one piece at a time. They are very proud of it and you can see why! It is the largest holiday home on the finca and boasts its very own private solar powered swimming pool 2.5 x 5m. The private garden is enclosed and for families with small children there is a sunken lounge area that has steps up to the swimming pool, the steps can be closed off with a bamboo screen so that little ones are kept away from the swimming pool, it is also a wonderful shady place.
The eco village itself is run by solar and wind energy and just 300m from the sandy beaches of northern Lanzarote. There is a communal lounge area with free Wifi, toys and games. The main swimming pool is enclosed and free to use by all guests staying at the finca.
The children will love the play area, large chess, ping pong and sunken trampoline. There is an honesty shop open 24/7 for basic provisions and reception onsite every morning.
Optional extras include, arrival meal, walking tour, grocery box, cleaning service, beach towel hire, sports massage and special occasion treats and cakes.

Eco Luxury Farmhouse
Three bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin.
The large kitchen has a central island for preparing great family lunches and dinners. There is a large oven/grill, four ring hobs, fridge freezer, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. The dining area has a bespoke wooden table for six. Double doors lead to the master bedroom with fantastic mountain views. This bedroom has a super king 4 poster double bed and en-suite shower room with double sinks and separate WC.
The second bathroom has walk-in shower, bath, double sinks and WC.
The entrance door leads to the large lounge with split level hardwood floor and day bed.
The front garden leads to the private pool area which also includes a raised bamboo-dining hut with sea and mountain views. The private pool area has a covered chill-out area with removable child safety gate.
In addition to this there is a further private shower room and WC. The pool area has a private terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and sea views – this part of the garden is open to the swimming pool, there is a chain fence but it is open and children must be supervised. The covered chill-out area has a removable safety gate.
