Villa Palacio and Yurt cover 10,000 m2 and are perfect for a multi-generational family holiday or group holiday in Lanzarote. Situated on the mountain side of Tabayesco it can accommodate up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms across the estate plus extra children in z-beds and travel cots.

The villa can also be rented separately as can the Yurt for smaller parties.

The villa itself has six bedrooms and offers panoramic sea views. There are 3 yurts, all with sea views and there is a garden room, giving a total of 10 double-sized bedrooms when all rented together. Sleeps a maximum of 21 adults and 8 children. 

If you are looking for a real Canarian village experience in luxury private surroundings take a look- there are breath-taking views all around. Located only 25 minutes from the airport, Palacio estate overlooks Arrieta in the beautiful picturesque village of Tabayesco. The village has only two roads and its surroundings are the greenest on the island with stunning walks and a cycling circuit which forms part of the Iron Man route. Down the hillside you will find the village of Arrieta, Garita Bay Beach and local amenities (1km).

There are two solar-heated pools: the main pool is located on the terrace of the villa and can be fenced if you have young children or non swimmers in your party,  as well as a plunge pool. There is a hot tub too. 

A stair gate can be fitted at the bottom of the stairs to stop access to upper floors (also mention when enquiring). Inside the villa please note that there are a couple of steps leading from one of the seating areas which are too wide to close off. See image of grey sofa and orange lights.

The Palacio estate is all about relaxation and family time. Parties and special events can be held here too and help with caterers etc is on offer.

The estate is vast, with main villa, gardens, 2 pools, hot tub, chill-out areas, games areas, table tennis and pool table, private yurt and more.

Optional extras include meals delivered, babysitting, farmers grocery box, pack and go cleaning service, walking tours, sports massages and more. There is a daily housekeeper, pool cleaner and weekly freshly-laundered linen and towels.

6 bed villa and 3 yurts + Garden room = 10 bedrooms - sleeps 21 adults + 8 children max. 

Villa: has an open plan design and is truly spectacular! With sea, pool and garden views from every angle.

The generous kitchen is fully equipped and offers an open plan seating area with stunning views to the sea. As you follow through, the raised lounge area is a place to relax with views to the lower dining area, pool and ocean (please note there are two from the raised lounge area)

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

On the first floor there is an impressive sweeping staircase (stairgate can be provided at ground level to stop children climbing up but not at the top due to the design). Ask when enquiring.

There are two bedrooms, one with king-size beds and views to its private terrace and wash basins, the second with twin beds and stylish bath where you can soak with sea views. Both bedrooms share a walk-in shower room and WC.

Continuing up the sweeping staircase there is the fifth bedroom with twin beds and free-standing bath. This south-facing bedroom has doors to its large terrace and day bed perfect to catch the sunset.

The luxurious master bedroom is on the upper level, with landscape and coastal views, it has a super king-sized bed and free-standing stone bath and sea views. The suite also has a separate walk in shower room with WC etc.

The Palacio Yurt area can be found on the lower level of the grounds. Here is where you will find 3 luxurious 6 meter Mongolian yurts and a separate en-suiteensuite garden room. 

The tree yurts are uniquely decorated with a central skylight allowing ventilation and star gazing. Each yurt has a private walk in shower room and a separate toilet. The 3 yurts are set in 2 areas. The first one is stand alone and has a super king sized bed and a single bed. Alongside this yurt is an outdoor living area and kitchen

The other 2 are set 15 meters apart and both have twin beds. They both have a private shower / toilet and share a lounge area with breakfast bar, kitchenette area too. The plunge pool is down the stepping-stones and is fully enclosed and can be shared with guests of the Yurts or the villa.

The Yurt and Garden room can be rented separately as can the villa.
