Overview - New Forest Escapes - Little Patch
Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and cosy, chic interior of this family holiday cottage, with the garden gate leading directly to Forest with cross country walks and breath-taking views across the New Forest. Lots of wildlife to spot on the doorstep and a 25 minute's drive to Mudeford or Avon beach.
Little Patch is set up a gravel track onto the hilltop, It is an oak framed home and has a very ‘forest feel’ to it. It feels more like a retreat than a holiday cottage. The kitchen, dining area is opening plan which leads onto the terrace for easy access to arrange outdoor meals. Three bedrooms which all face the hillside, great views for spotting wildlife roaming outdoors.
Across the terrace, is a summer house with a good size seating area and a large TV. Great little spot for the little ones to enjoy a cinema evening watching their favourite film with popcorn and chocolate.
With walks leading straight into the New Forest you are bound to see wild Deer, ponies and in the autumn pigs wandering. Guests can walk for miles with the best views up one the Summerlug Hill, just behind the house. With local family friendly pubs all within walking distance too.
There is a local farm shop selling yummy coffee and home to animals too where you can enjoy a cuddle or two.

Neutral fabrics and texture throughout, the house is oak framed and finished externally with black wooden boarding.
The kitchen and dining area are open plan with a door leading to the terrace with dining table and chairs. There are SMEG appliances and has everything guests would need including thoughtful touches such as dried herbs and pretty serving dishes.
The seating room can seat 6 with huge, embroidered cushions, leather chairs, sheepskin and sisal rugs. A big picture window, making it a lovely spot to read a book or listen to the record player in the sitting room with a selection of records.
The three bedrooms all face the hillside with views over the greenery. Two good size bedrooms with king size beds and the smallest being a twin room.

Across from the terrace is a summer house with good seating, a big TV and a couple of sofas.
